Apple today unveiled its annual “Best of” selections
of apps, games, movies, e-books and other digital content sold on the company's
various platforms. As usual, this year's list highlights the most popular
third-party offerings for the iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, and the Apple Watch. Find

This year's AI photo
filtering sensation Prisma nabbed the iPhone App of the Year Award, while
animation app Sketchbook Motion received an equivalent honor as a best app for
the iPad. On the video game front, multiplayer strategy Clash Royale was named
iPhone Game of the Year, while moody dungeon-crawling adventure Severed took
the top spot on the iPad.
