The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC has just announced the cancellation of election in ward 9 unit 3 of Ogu/Bolo LGA after hoodlums carted away result sheets and bitter disagreement between PDP and APC.
It was expected that the re-run elections would be marred by such acts but the Federal Government beefed up security to halt such issues.
