Wickedness!! Benue State Governor, Wants To Kill Workers, Agrees To Pay 2 out of 8 months Salaries, Despite Wike's Insult.

The Benue State Governor, Samuel Ortom, has become highly irresponsible and careless concerning issues of workers welfare.
He has remained adamant and  abnormally careless despite constant public outcry accompanied with tears and pains from various workers in the state, that have known nothing close to the timely payment of benefits attached for their contribution to the state civil service, ever since the governor was voted into power.
By running a religious based campaign, backed up with Support from Churches, the governor was able to win the hearts of majority of the electorates, mainly comprising of christians, with the hope that Ortoms Actions would examplify all that the christian faith is about especially when it comes to giving a Labourer, that which is due to him/her. After being through previous administrations were so much corruption and financial recklessness trailed, civil servants had very high expectations for the change mantra that was initiated by the Ortom led administration  when he unexpectedly left the camp of the PDP to the APC, by winning the seating opposition party, ofcourse, with the massive support of the people which he has now become an idol of recklessness and disdain to today,
At the moment, things can only be said to have fallen short of the people's expectations, mainly civil servants. The gruelsome pain they have felt from the governor's, "NO SALARY", System of Leadership seems not to have gotten the desired attention as  he has remained unchanged from the despicable form of Leadership which has become peculiar to Benue State. Most Recently, Governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike, Lambasted the Governor in retalliation to the campaign speech made by the Benue State Governor to Him..Wike specifically, Called Ortom a "Fake Man of God, Who has not paid Salaries for almost One Year. This came shortly after, the federal government released funds to the governor in order to atleast clear all salaries owed civil servants in the state. Ortom, openely confirmed the reciept of funds and went further to promise, he would release funds to clear all salaries as expected. After giving much hope to the workers who have waited almost forever, since the Month of March, to earn regular salaries, Ortom heartlessly went back on his decision instead, opted to pay just 2 months out of the 8 months Arears owed workers, particularly the Primary school teachers..This rather 'impulsive' action of the governor has only added to the much sufferings of the people. Despite the insult he got from his fellow governor, Nysom wike, he has refused to cut down to a bearable limit, his indebtedness to the workers. At this point, one begins to wonder, how these workers have been able to survive without salaries for almost a year since march. Considering the much available period of recession characterized by high cost of living. A good governor would first look upon the needs of his people, and salary is not even a negotiable instrument but a right. This means,  Governor Samuel Ortom has not started fulfilling his campaign promises to the people of Benue State.
This script is a draft from an aggrieved worker's expression of frustration and pains, living  without salaries since the month of march, and ofcourse with so many responsibilities to cater for. Long live the Great and Hardworking people of Benue State..
