Rick Ross Owes $5.7 Million in Taxes

Bad news for Rozay. According to TMZ, Rick Ross owes $5.7 million in unpaid taxes.TMZ reports that the IRS went through Ross’ taxes from 2012 through 2014. The media outlet obtained documents that show the MMG frontman owes about $4.6 million from 2012 alone, and then about $570,000 apiece for 2013 and 2014. A tax lien has been issued against the “B.M.F.” rapper, and the IRS could seize his assets if he doesn’t pay up.

In music-related news, Ross recently hopped on Solange’s song “Cranes in the Sky” for a new remix. The original record is from the singer’s critically acclaimed album, A Seat at the Table. Ross raps, “Rossfit, I put her up on hot yoga/Wheatgrass, shot of ginger, pot smoker/I love her attitude in that new body suit/I love a graduate who can get kind of loose/Cribs so big, cranes in the sky/Standing on the stage, chains side to side/I fuck her on the back if she don’t want to ride/I bring another one I like to dramatize.”

Three weeks ago, the MMG team released its Priorities 5 mixtape. The 22-track mixtape is a collection of previously released tracks, new remixes and songs from lesser known MMG artists. Rick Ross’ “No U-Turns” shows up, as does the freestyle Meek Mill kicked for Funk Flex and Hot 97.
