Kanye West Has been Released From the Hospital...

Just over a week after being checked into the UCLA Medical Center for a “medical emergency,” Kanye West is finally heading home, according to TMZ. The rapper was reportedly meant to be released earlier this week, but his departure was pushed back to ensure he was fully stable before leaving.

It is not known at this time what type of ongoing treatment, if any, West will receive, but for now he his home with Kim Kardashian and their children.
